Below are options of applications for financial aid toward program fees. While we are a not-for-profit organization, we do depend on participation fees to help maintain our programs and services. We are committed to serve people regardless of their income, but we do expect participants to pay a fee based on their financial ability.

Maine’s childcare subsidy program helps eligible families pay for child care/camp so they can go to work, go to school, or participate in job training programs. Visit or call 1-877-680-5866 for more information on how to apply, or use this link to view the application.

Summer camp scholarships are granted to families who need financial support who are not eligible for subsidy through the state, based on income. Please be sure to apply for scholarships through the Y early, as we grant dollars on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants must reside in the Lincoln County Area and meet yearly household income requirements. Click here for our Camp Scholarship Form (BOOTHBAY) or the Camp Scholarship Form (CLC).

All fees are due at the time of registration. Payment plan options are available. Payment plan dates run from camp registration through 10 days prior to the start date of your camper’s session.

CampDoc is a secure network, used to collect campers’ medical and emergency contact information electronically. If you have an account through CampDoc last season, please make sure all of the information is updated for 2023. Only campers attending a camp on-site at Camp K will be expected to fill out CampDoc.

Your camp registration will not be considered complete until the required documents are into the network. No exceptions will be made. Campers will not be allowed to participate in camp until this is finalized.
