Erin has a lifelong connection to the summer camp community, having been part of camp life since the age of five. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people from diverse backgrounds can connect, grow, and feel a sense of belonging. She especially enjoys helping others develop as leaders and community members. Erin is known for being a thoughtful communicator, an organized planner, and a creative problem solver who enjoys bringing people together. She cares deeply about building bridges between communities and creating experiences that help people feel seen and supported. Outside of camp, Erin enjoys casual hiking, singing, reading, crocheting, and puzzles.

Lindsey has been part of the YMCA for nearly 10 years, where she spends her days dreaming up programs & bringing creative ideas to life! One of her favorite parts of her job is taking an idea and watching other people run with it, adding their own creativity and making it something even better than she imagined. Her love of camp started at a young age. As a shy child, traditional summer camp wasn't the easiest place for her to feel comfortable. But she found her place behind the scenes, helping her mother plan and run their local Girl Scout jamboree. By the age of eight, she was already helping with camps and events—and she hasn't really stopped since! Lindsey never imagined that those early experiences would eventually lead her to helping plan and run a camp on the scale of Camp K. Nearly a decade into her YMCA journey, she still loves creating experiences that help kids feel welcome, discover something new, get a little messy, and most importantly, find their own way to shine.

Adam hails from Saratoga Springs, NY and has spent many summers in Boothbay with his family. Adam made the big move to live in Boothbay Harbor full-time in 2022. Since January 2023 he has been part of the Boothbay Region Y's staff team working with our after-school program. In the summer months, you can find him at Camp K leading adventure programs. Adam is an avid fisherman, a huge supporter of the Patriots and the Celtics, and shares a special relationship with his dog, Moon.

Faith is entering her 8th summer camp Camp K and we are so excited that she'll be stepping into a leadership role! As our new Teen Coordinator, we're excited to bring back Teen Adventure programs as well as an updated Counselor In Training (CIT) program. With Faith's experience, dedication to Camp K and enthusiasm, this summer will be filled with lots of things for our 13-14 year old campers to do by getting off the peninsula with a fan favorite leader!
