Erin has been in the summer camp industry since she was a camper herself at 6 years old! Growing up attending residential Girl Scout Camps in Maine, she become a counselor at age 17. Through her college years, Erin spent her summers at Camp Pondicherry serving a plethora of positions ranging from lifeguard/unit assistant, waterfront director, and ultimately ending her tenure after 6 years as the lead program director. After college, she worked in the corporate world before returning to her roots in aquatics working with children and their families, beginning her now 8 year career at the Boothbay Region Y! In 2020, she stepped into the role of Camp K's Director in addition to her other roles at the Y during the school year!

Lindsey Senecal

A lover of the outdoors, plants, board games and anything crafty, Lindsey loves sharing her skills and adventures with others! This love for nature brought her to Unity College where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in biology. During the summers of 2011-2014, Lindsey worked as a lead staff at Camp Pondicherry, mainly teaching girls how to swim/canoe. She also worked for Maine Audubon, Nature's Classroom, and Okemo Ski Resort where she was able to share her love of the natural world with kids of all ages! In 2017, she joined the Boothbay Region Y's team and has been the lead of our after-school program and worked at Camp K in the summers.

Adam Taylor

Adam hails from Saratoga Springs, NY and has spent many summers in Boothbay with his family. Adam made the big move to live in Boothbay Harbor full-time in 2022. Since January 2023 he has been part of the Boothbay Region Y's staff team working with our after-school program. In the summer months, you can find him at Camp K leading adventure programs. Adam is an avid fisherman, a huge supporter of the Patriots and the Celtics, and shares a special relationship with his dog, Moon.

Molly returns to the CLCYMCA after a five year hiatus. She brings 10+ years experience managing outdoor educational programs in a variety of settings, along with community engagement & relationship building. During her time away, she worked to vastly expand educational programming at Wolfe's Neck Center in Freeport, MEfor youth and adults. She developed and implemented 'Farm Discovery School' during the height of the pandemic, and hosted a farm-based educator workshop in partnership with Shelburne Farms out of Burlington, VT. With a deep connection to the area, Molly is excited to return to the CLCY in this new role, and looks forward to growing the program offerings for the community at large. When she's not hard at work, it's a safe bet you'll find Molly off on an exciting adventure, either in the woods or on the water!
