Visit the YMCA Membership Desk to learn about your desired trainer’s availability and to purchase your session(s). Session(s) must be paid in full prior to your first training.
30 Minute Sessions:
- $150/ 5 session package
- $300/ 5 session package
60 Minute Sessions:
- $275/ 5 session package
- $450/ 5 session package
Dual Training (2 people):
- $70 for 60 minutes
- $140 for 60 minutes
