CAROLINE EARLE IVENS

The Y is excited for Caroline Earle Ivens to join our team as the Healthy Living Director. 

Caroline Earle Ivens has been teaching, training, and coaching in the fitness and athletics industry since 2009. Caroline moved to Maine from the Boston area where she worked at Harvard Business School's gym, Shad Hall, as well as an independent private school; coaching middle and high school lacrosse, and working as the fitness director and strength coach. Caroline enjoys summers out on the water with her husband, Sean, and running after their 1.5-year-old son, Cooper!

ABBY JONES

Abby holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an M.Ed from Harvard School of Education. Her certifications include CPR/AED, AFAA, Body Pump, Y Group Exercise, Cycling, Step, Nutrition, and Wellness.
