Our Masters Swim program is about encouraging adults to learn to swim and enhance the lives of adults through aquatics. We do this by welcoming adults of all ages, abilities, and motivations. Whether you're a lifelong fitness swimmer, getting into a new sport, training for an upcoming triathlon, or looking for low-impact fitness, our club has a spot for you. Each swimmer will benefit from this program by being provided the following for the winter season:
- 1 coached workout per week
- 2 new written workouts per week
- Feedback from a knowledgeable coach
- Instruction for open water swimming and triathlons
- Reserved workout space each practice

Ideal for those looking to challenge themselves without putting a lot of stress on their joints. Participants will use a variety of equipment and are led by a certified instructor to work on posture, strength and flexibility.
DEEP WATER AEROBICS
Ideal for those looking to challenge themselves without putting stress on their joints. Participants wear a flotation belt and are led by a certified instructor to work on posture, strenth and flexibility.
Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba® philosophy and music with classis water aerobics moves. With lower impact to joints, this class can allow you to let loose. The water creates a natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and help tone muscles. Come join the FUN at the pool! No experience necessary.
AQUATIC STRETCH & BALANCE*
This class in the warm water therapy pool keeps the joints flexible, muscles strong, and helps reduce pain associated with arthritis. Exercising in the water is a safe way to improve balance and increase strength and your fitness level.
With instructor support and encouragement, this class will take you places you’ve never been before! Adrianne will focus on each person’s needs and adapt movements to suit them on a personal level.
Similar to on-land meditation, this class is held in the therapy pool for 1/2 an hour and is geared toward relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing both mentally and physically.
Aqua-Chi is a water based energy system made to increase energy levels in living things. It is designed to combine life giving properties of water with a specialized bio-electrical charge which amplifies the body’s ability to heal itself.
AQUATIC MASSAGE THERAPY*
Adrianne has been an Aquatic Massage Therapist for 23 years. To book a one-on-one appointment, please contact the front desk staff for Adrianne’s phone number. Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes.
