ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our Parkinson's program improves the quality of life through specific fitness training and conditioning. Training classes focuses on overall fitness, strength training, and balance.Research shows that intense exercises can reduce, reverse, and delay Parkinson's Disease symptoms. 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • 7-week program
  • Meets twice per week, for one hour each time
  • Enhances quality of life
  • Builds strength, flexibility, agility and speed
