PENGUIN PLUNGE
Every New Year's Day, the Boothbay Region community gather at Murray's Boat Launch to plunge into the ocean! Many brave souls plunge into the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean at Murray Hill in East Boothbay. By donating or signing up to take the plunge, you are helping the Aquatics Department. Donations support swim lesson and swim team scholarships, safety equipment purchases, and new classes or programs.
23rd Annual Penguin Plunge on January 1st
The plunge will take place at 11am on January 1st at Henderick's Head on Southport.
Participants will sign a waiver upon arrival, so be sure to show up a little early. Donations only to help support the Dolphin Swim Team!
