CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AQUA COMBO (M/W/F, 8am-8:45am)

Ideal for those looking to challenge themselves without putting a lot of stress on their joints. Participants will use a variety of equipment and are led by a certified instructor to work on posture, strength and flexibility.

AQUA FIT (T/Th, 8am-8:45am) (Currently on hold)

Join a variety of instructors for a great water workout in the lap pool. Classes vary based on instructor, but the overall goal is to work on toning, cardio, and balance. Classes can be conducted as a traditional aerobics style, TABATA, or HIIT style. Traveling the length of the pool may be planned. Come make a splash and form relationships with participants and instructors!

AQUA BOOTCAMP (M/Th, 5:15-6pm) (Currently on hold)

Join Erin for a great water workout in the lap pool. Each class focuses on toning, cardio, balance, TABATA, HIIT, fun, and forming relationships. Pop by after work for a great 45 minutes of giggles, exercise, and stretching before heading home for the evening. 

AQUATIC STRETCH & BALANCE* (Currently on hold)

This class in the warm water therapy pool keeps the joints flexible, muscles strong, and helps reduce pain associated with arthritis. Exercising in the water is a safe way to improve balance and increase strength and your fitness level.
